Section Saf-C 5102.72 - Rocky Bound Pond

(a) No person shall operate a motorboat at a rate of speed exceeding 10 miles per hour on Rocky Bound Pond in the town of Croydon, provided, however, that between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily this restriction shall be a speed limit of 30 miles per hour.

(b) All water skiing, if conducted during the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 daily, shall be in a counter-clockwise direction at all times on Rocky Bound Pond. The public beach shall represent the 12:00 hour for determining the counter-clockwise direction.
