N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5102.54
Motorboats and outboard motors shall not be operated at a speed exceeding 10 miles per hour on Millen Lake in the town of Washington, provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon daily and between the hours of 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. daily.
