Section Saf-C 5102.36 - Honey Pot Pond
(a) No person shall operate a motorboat powered by gasoline, naptha or any other petroleum products on Honey Pot Pond in the town of Amherst.
(b) This section shall not prohibit the operation of boats powered exclusively by electric motors.
