N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5026.01

Any explosion, fire, or other accident, occurring in connection with the keeping, storage, manufacture, handling, transportation, display, or other disposition of display fireworks causing loss of life or injury to any person or damage to property shall be reported by the operator immediately to the commissioner, giving a detailed account of the event and confirmed in writing, pursuant to Saf-C 5026.02. Notification shall be made to the New Hampshire State Police communications center.
