Section Saf-C 5025.08 - Restrictions(a) No personnel other than those directly responsible for discharge of the display shall be allowed on such barge during the display.(b) No smoking shall be allowed on any vessel containing display fireworks.(c) All marine vessels, or floating platforms shall be anchored at the discharge site before any of the mortar tubes are loaded.N.H.
