Section Saf-C 5020.03 - Time Rack Construction(a) The time rack or ignition train used for tying the leaders of each shell shall be so constructed that the time rack shall not exceed the height of the finale mortar opening.(b) For the purposes of this section, "time rack", also known as an "ignition train", means the device which connects the fuse and the finale mortars together in a row so that when the leading finale mortar is ignited, each subsequent finale mortar is ignited after the passing of an interval of time.N.H.
