Each motor vehicle used for transporting display fireworks shall be equipped with 2 fire extinguishers having a combined rating of at least 2-A:10B:C. Extinguishers shall be filled, ready for immediate use, and located near the driver's seat. Extinguishers shall be examined periodically by the driver, in accordance with National Fire Protection Association 10, Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers, 2018 edition.
