Section Saf-C 5014.02 - Prohibited Acts(a) No person shall smoke, carry matches or any other flame-producing device, or carry firearms or loaded cartridges while in or within 50 feet of a motor vehicle transporting display fireworks. Nothing in this section shall prohibit an on-duty law enforcement officer from approaching or inspecting a vehicle containing display fireworks while wearing a loaded firearm.(b) No person shall park his/her motor vehicle transporting display fireworks within 300 feet of an open fire.(c) The driver shall load or unload the vehicle in compliance with 49 CFR 177.834 through 177.843, pursuant to RSA 21-P:17, I(a).N.H.
