Section Saf-C 5012.01 - Housekeeping(a) Magazines shall be kept clean, dry, and free of grit, paper, empty packages, containers, and rubbish. Floors shall be swept regularly in order to maintain its cleanliness. Brooms and other utensils used in the cleaning and maintenance of magazines shall have no spark-producing metal parts.(b) Floors stained by leakage from explosive materials shall be cleaned according to the instructions of the explosives materials manufacturer. When any explosive material has deteriorated to the extent that it is in a dangerous condition, or if any liquid leaks therefrom, it shall be destroyed in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturer.(c) The area surrounding the magazine shall be kept clear of rubbish, brush, dry grass, or trees for at least 25 feet in all directions. Any other combustible materials shall be kept a distance of at least 50 feet from outdoor magazines.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5012.01
