Section Saf-C 5009.04 - Indoor Magazines(a) An indoor magazine for the storage of display fireworks shall not be located in a residence or dwelling. When located in a warehouse, wholesale, or retail establishment, the magazine shall be equipped with wheels or casters to facilitate removal.(b) No more than one indoor storage magazine shall be kept in any one building. The magazine shall be located on the floor nearest the ground level and within 10 feet of an outside exit.(c) An indoor magazine shall not contain a quantity of display fireworks in excess of 50 pounds.
