Section Saf-C 5007.03 - Duties of Officials(a) Upon receipt of the application in accordance with RSA 160-B:7, the fire chief shall investigate the facts set forth in the application and inspect the display grounds to determine if the grounds comply with these rules.(b) Upon completion of the investigation and inspection, the fire chief shall transmit the application with an endorsement thereon, or reasons for withholding such endorsement to the licensing board or, in the absence of a licensing board, to the chief of police or the governing board of the town, city, or village district.(c) After review of the recommendations of the fire chief, the licensing board, or, in the absence of a licensing board, the chief of police or the governing board of the town, city, or village district, shall endorse the application and grant a permit for the display or deny the application, in accordance with RSA 160-B:7, IV.N.H.
