When trenches or holes are to be dug in the ground in order to place mortars, the operator shall consult with the sponsor, fire chief, and Dig Safe in order to locate any buried utilities in the discharges site. The buried utilities shall be indicated on the site plan submitted pursuant to Saf-C 5029.03.
