Section Saf-C 5006.02 - Notifications(a) Any licensee or person who holds a certificate of competency shall promptly notify the commissioner of a change of address.(b) The loss, theft, or unlawful removal of any display fireworks shall be reported by the licensee to the commissioner immediately following the discovery of the loss, theft, or unlawful removal.(c) The licensee shall notify the commissioner prior to placement of the location of any unattended magazine, used overnight. The licensee shall state the estimated length of time the magazine shall be at the location. The commissioner shall be notified within 48 hours upon removal of the magazine.N.H. Admin.
