Section Saf-C 5006.01 - Record Required(a) No person shall sell or transfer ownership of any display fireworks without making a record. The record shall be kept by the transferor for at least 5 years from the date of the sale.(b) The record in (a) above shall contain the following: (1) The name and address of the receiver;(2) The date of transfer;(3) The type and quantity of display fireworks sold;(4) The serial number and lot number of the display fireworks, if any; and(5) If the explosive material is to be used within the State of New Hampshire, the name and competency certificate number of the conductor of the display.N.H.
