Section Saf-C 5004.04 - Renewal of License(a) All applicants for renewal of license shall complete and submit form DSSP 110, "Application for License to Use, Purchase and Transport Explosives", revised 05/13.(b) If the renewal application is filed with the commissioner prior to the expiration of the license, the renewal shall become effective when the old license expires.(c) No renewal license shall be issued more than 30 days before the expiration date of the current license. If an application for renewal is filed more than 30 days after the expiration of the old license, it shall be considered as an application for an original license and the applicant shall resubmit all the requirements of Saf-C 5004.03.(d) The renewal applicant shall provide a copy of a valid U.S. ATF&E license for the storage of Display Fireworks, or explosives.(e) The acknowledgment letter from the federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives for permit renewal submittal shall be considered an extension of the federal permit for the purpose of the state renewal pursuant to this section.N.H.
