Section Saf-C 522.06 - Termination of Program(a) Pursuant to RSA 261-B:3, II, a program may voluntarily end its participation in the multi-use decal program by: (1) Written notification to the director of motor vehicles; and(2) Filing a final annual report within 30 days of the notification.(b) Pursuant to RSA 261-B:3, III, participation in the multi-use decal program shall terminate automatically if: (1) The organization fails to file its annual report under RSA 261-B:3, I; or(2) The organization fails to include the statement required by RSA 261-B:3, 1(h).N.H.
