Section Saf-C 516.02 - Permit, Data Required

(a) An applicant for a permit to operate an uninspected motor vehicle shall furnish the following to the department:

(1) Name and address;

(2) Full description of the vehicle; and

(3) Certification that the vehicle is safe for highway use.
