Section Saf-C 507.01 - One-Third Rate Vehicle For the purposes of this part, a vehicle shall qualify for one-third rate if:
(a) The vehicle serves no other purpose than to transport a permanently mounted piece of equipment, which is an integral part of the unit, as described in Saf-C 507.03(a);(b) The vehicle is owned by a manufacturer or dealer and held for sale, even though incidentally moved on the highway or used for purposes of testing or demonstration; or(c) The vehicle is used by the manufacturer solely for testing as defined in RSA 261:3.N.H.
