Section Saf-C 504.01 - Application for Municipal Permit(a) In addition to providing the information required by RSA 261:148, a person shall apply for a municipal permit with the town clerk and pay the appropriate fee pursuant to RSA 261:141.(b) A registration shall not be issued except when the town clerk is satisfied that the applicant has qualified for it and has issued the designated municipal permit.N.H.
