Section Saf-C 4907.02 - Complaints(a) Upon receipt of a complaint or information that alleges a certificate holder has committed misconduct, the commissioner shall review the complaint to determine whether the certificate holder has acted contrary to statutes or administrative rules.(b) If the commissioner determines that a basis exists for administrative action, the bureau of hearings shall schedule a hearing and issue a notice thereof, in accordance with these rules.N.H.
