Section Saf-C 4905.04 - Late Renewals(a) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, a certificate shall be renewed up to 30 days after the date of its expiration, retroactive to the date of expiration, so long as all other requirements are met in accordance with these rules;(b) A certificate holder who submits an application for renewal more than 30 days after the certificate expiration date, shall be subject to all requirements governing new applicants under these rules.N.H.
