Section Saf-C 4604.01 - Complaints(a) Pursuant to RSA 359-T:15, complaints regarding carriers of household goods shall be filed with the bureau in writing.(b) The complainant shall state: (1) The nature of the complaint; and(2) All information available to support the complaint.(c) All complaints shall be processed pursuant to Saf-C 203.01.N.H.
