Section Saf-C 411.05 - Decision

(a) The commissioner shall issue a decision within 30 days after the completion of the hearing held pursuant to RSA 270:74-a.

(b) The commissioner's decision shall be in writing and shall set forth with particularity the reasons for granting or denying the requested relief, along with the information in the record that provides factual support for that reasoning.
