N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 409.02

The commissioner shall schedule a hearing within a reasonable period of time, but in no event more than 60 calendar days after the date the request for a hearing is received. The commissioner shall provide at least 7 calendar days advance notice of the hearing. The hearing shall be held in a town in which the body of water under consideration is located, or in a contiguous town.
