Section Saf-C 408.13 - Decal Issuance and Placement(a) Upon approval of a mooring, an applicant, operator or contact person, or his or her designee, shall submit an initial decal fee of $125.00 to the division for each mooring decal. (b) The decal shall be affixed to the mooring buoy above the water line, to ensure visibility. The mooring buoy shall be kept clean enough so that the decal is apparent.(c) If a mooring decal is lost, destroyed or removed from the mooring buoy, the applicant, operator or contact person, or his or her designee, shall notify the division in writing and request a replacement. The division shall charge a fee of $25 for replacement of each decal.(d) All decals shall be valid until December 31 of the year in which the decal was issued by the division. The applicant, operator or contact person, or his or her designee shall renew a mooring decal, prior to the use of the mooring in the following year.(e) In order to renew a decal, an applicant, operator or contact person, or his or her designee shall submit the following to the division on or with the decal renewal form: (1) Any changes to the name, address, telephone number or cellular telephone number of the applicant, operator or contact person or his or her designee;(2) For individual, special exception and public mooring decals, the annual renewal fee of $25 for each decal; (3) For congregate mooring decals, the annual renewal fee of $50.00 for each decal;(4) A copy of the current boat registration for each approved mooring requested; and(5) A statement that orange buoys with non-strobe flashing orange lights have been installed, if required.(f) Upon receipt of the completed form and fee(s), the division shall issue a decal for each approved mooring. The division shall return to the applicant, operator or contact person, or his or her designee any incomplete form and accompanying fees along with an explanation.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 408.13
