Section Saf-C 406.01 - Agents of the Director(a) Each certified agent of the director shall attend an annual boating enforcement seminar conducted by the captain of marine patrol or his or her designee for which the curriculum has been established and approved by the director, unless excused from attendance by the director by virtue of past experience and training in boating law enforcement.(b) Each certified agent of the director shall attend an annual boating enforcement seminar that complies with Pol 403.01, conducted by the captain of marine patrol or his or her designee for which the curriculum has been established and approved by the director, unless excused from attendance by the director by virtue of past experience and training in boating law enforcement.N.H.
