Section Saf-C 3603.04 - Caller Information

Any person may provide the following information in response to questions by the division of state police:

(a) Whether the activity is taking place within a school zone, and if so, the name of the school zone;

(b) Whether the caller wishes to remain anonymous, and if not, the name, address, and telephone number of the caller;

(c) Name, address and telephone number of the individual who may be possessing, manufacturing, selling, dispensing or possessing with an intent to sell, any controlled drug or analog, if known;

(d) Physical description of the individual who may be possessing, manufacturing, selling, dispensing or possessing with an intent to sell, any controlled drug or analog; and

(e) Any other information the caller may wish to report.
