Section Saf-C 3239.01 - Rear View Mirror(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if: (1) It is not equipped with a rear view mirror;(2) The rear view mirror is loosely mounted, so that the driver's rear vision is impaired;(3) The rear view mirror is mounted in a position so that it cannot be adjusted from the driver's seat;(4) The driver's rear vision is obscured because the glass is cracked, pitted or clouded;(5) The rear view mirror has sharp edges; or(6) The rear view mirror is less than 2 inches in diameter.N.H.
