Section Saf-C 3220.03 - Inspection of Fuel System

In addition to the reason stated in Saf-C 3219.01(a)(3), a vehicle shall be rejected if the fuel filler cap is:

(1) Missing;

(2) Loose;

(3) Degraded to the point that vapors could escape; or

(4) Improperly fitted.
