Section Saf-C 3209.01 - Ordering Stickers and On-Demand Sticker Backings(a) All stickers shall be ordered, in writing, on form RDMV 967 (rev. 11/14), or similar form. Electronic requests shall be accepted as long as the request contains the signature of a person authorized to order stickers.(b) The written request pursuant to (a) above shall include the following: (1) Inspection station number;(2) Type of sticker requested: a. Motor vehicle stickers and year;b. Motorcycle stickers and year; orc. Monthly insert decals;(3) Name and address of business;(4) Number of stickers; and(5) Signature of person authorized pursuant to RDMV 967 to order stickers.(c) Each inspection station shall allow a period of 10 days for requests to be processed.(d) On-demand sticker backings shall be ordered directly through the supplier in accordance with contractual agreements between the supplier and inspection stations.N.H.
