Section Saf-C 3205.02 - Local Notification and Approval(a) Upon receipt of a completed form RDMV 705 the department shall notify the town/city clerk in the municipality where the business is located.(b) The department shall allow 10 working days for the local government to advise whether or not the applicant's business conforms with or is in conflict with existing zoning, building code or other land-use regulatory requirements.(c) Except as provided by RSA 261:103-a, IX, in the event the local government fails to advise the department that the applicant is in compliance with the requirements of (b) above, a certificate of appointment shall not be issued until the department receives notification of compliance from the local government.(d) In the event the local government advises the department that the applicant is not in compliance with the requirements of (b) above, a certificate of appointment shall not be issued, and the department shall notify the applicant, in writing, of the reason for denialN.H.
