Section Saf-C 3202.13 - Multipurpose passenger vehicle

"Multipurpose passenger vehicle" means any motor vehicle, except a trailer, designed to carry 10 persons or less and which has a maximum height of 30 inches from the manufacturer, measured from the bottom of the frame rails of the vehicle.
