Section Saf-C 3117.12 - Approved CDL Drivers' School Tuition Policies(a) Tuition for CDL training shall be the same for all persons. Group training contracts for lower rates may be negotiated with business, industrial or governmental agencies. Scholarships or partial scholarships shall be bona fide reductions in tuition.(b) Changes in tuition shall become effective on students only after publication. Current enrollees in an approved CDL drivers' school program shall not have their tuition raised.(c) All charges and costs incidental to CDL training shall be furnished to each student before he/she is enrolled in the program.(d) Each approved CDL drivers' school shall have a tuition refund and cancellation policy. The policy shall be on file with the division to verify compliance with this section.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3117.12
