Section Saf-C 3117.11 - Approved CDL Drivers' School Admission Policies(a) Each Approved CDL drivers' school shall inform each applicant for admission about the nature of the program and the training required.(b) Each Approved CDL drivers' school shall publish the admission requirements and shall file the requirements with the division.(c) No approved CDL drivers' school shall accept a student under 18 years of age for training.N.H.
