Section Saf-C 3117.05 - Approved CDL Drivers' School License

The application and approval process for an approved CDL drivers' school license shall be in accordance with RSA 263:44 and Saf-C 3108. All approved CDL drivers' schools shall comply with 49 CFR 380.
