Section Saf-C 3111.01 - Vehicle Inspection Requirements(a) All driver education vehicles shall comply with the provisions of RSA 266:1 and the rules adopted thereunder.(b) Failure to comply with (a) above, shall result in an immediate vehicle registration suspension until such time as the vehicle is in compliance with the provisions of RSA 266:1 and the rules adopted thereunder.(c) No instruction shall occur in a driver education vehicle that has a mechanical malfunction.N.H.
