Section Saf-C 3110.19 - Approved Drivers' School Monthly Report(a) Each approved drivers' school shall submit form DSMV 111, "Drivers' School Monthly Report" (rev 09/17) to the division, prior to the tenth of each month.(b) The supervisor shall sign and date the form under the penalty of unsworn falsification.N.H.
