Section Saf-C 3110.16 - Instructor Supervision(a) All driver education instructors shall be supervised and evaluated annually by the program coordinator, manager, or person in charge of the approved drivers' school.(b) A copy of the evaluation in (a) above shall be maintained in the instructor's personnel file.(c) The department shall perform random evaluations.(d) An instructor with a driver education provisional certificate shall receive additional supervision to ensure compliance with these rules, statutory provisions, the curriculum guide, program content, effectiveness and quality. The person responsible for exercising such additional supervision shall provide documentation of the additional supervision.(e) The approved drivers' school shall maintain evaluation records in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 3114.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3110.16
