Section Saf-C 3110.13 - Time Restrictions for Behind-the-Wheel Instruction(a) No behind-the-wheel instruction shall occur before 6:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m., unless a parent or legal guardian consents to operation after 9:00 p.m. In no event shall behind-the-wheel instruction occur after 10:00 p.m.(b) No instructor shall provide more than 10 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction in one day.(c) During daylight savings time, instruction may be provided until 10:00 p.m. to allow for night driving lessons. The requirements set forth in (b) above shall apply.(d) This rule shall not apply to approved CDL drivers' schools pursuant to Saf-C 3117.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3110.13
