Section Saf-C 3108.10 - Suspension or Revocation(a) Each approved drivers' school whose license is sought to be suspended or revoked pursuant to these rules or for a violation of RSA 263:51 shall be afforded notice and the opportunity for an administrative hearing at the bureau of hearings at the department of safety.(b) All administrative hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3108.10
