Section Saf-C 3108.08 - Terminating Business Services

After a course has begun, an approved drivers' school that is going out of business or is under a suspension or revocation, shall:

(a) Reimburse all students presently enrolled a prorated fee based on any instruction not completed by the approved drivers' school; and

(b) Provide to all students presently enrolled a record of course completion to date, in order to facilitate students' transfer to another approved drivers' school.
