Section Saf-C 3003.06 - Restoration of Registration Privileges(a) Each hardship registration shall be converted to a regular registration in the event the vehicle owner submits the following to the registration section of the department:(1) A letter from the director of motor vehicles demonstrating that the person's driver license and privilege to register any motor vehicle has been restored;(2) A receipt indicating that all restoration fees have been paid; and(3) The hardship registration certificate.N.H.
