Section Saf-C 3003.04 - Renewal of A Hardship Registration(a) Each hardship registration shall be renewed by the vehicle owner during his or her birth month.(b) Prior to renewing a hardship registration, the vehicle owner shall obtain the registration renewal from his or her town or city clerk, upon payment of the appropriate fees.(c) Each hardship registration shall be renewed by mailing the information, or by appearing in person at the registration section of the department.(d) The requirements set forth in Saf-C 3003.03 shall be followed for registration renewal.N.H.
