Section Saf-C 3001.01 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of these rules is to set forth the administrative requirements to implement the provisions of RSA 261:180, IV, providing hardship registrations for vehicles registered to a person whose license has been suspended or revoked.

(b) The purpose of a hardship registration is to allow a vehicle to be operated by a spouse or other person with a valid license, when, without such a registration, a hardship would be placed upon a spouse or other person.
