Section Saf-C 2804.04 - Conduct of Hearing(a) A hearing shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 200.(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, where the procedures set forth in Saf-C 200 are duplicative or in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, the procedures set forth in this chapter shall take precedence.(c) An administrative hearing held pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be limited to no more than one hour. A hearings examiner shall grant additional time only if he or she determines that it is necessary to fully develop the facts or to insure that all relevant evidence has been received on those grounds challenged pursuant to RSA 265-A:31, II(a)-(f).N.H.
