Any person who has been served an order of suspension shall not be issued a duplicate New Hampshire driver license during the 30 day notice period, and shall be subject to the penalties of all laws and administrative rules regarding unsworn falsification, if he or she attempts to do so. Otherwise, the submission of applications for duplicate licenses shall be governed by the provisions of Saf-C 1011.05.
