Section Saf-C 2703.04 - Application Review(a) Upon receipt of an application for a hospital emergency permit, the commissioner shall review the application to ensure it contains all required information set forth in Saf-C 2703.02 and Saf-C 2703.03.(b) The commissioner shall return any application which is: (2) Does not meet the criteria of Saf-C 2703.02 and Saf-C 2703.03.N.H.
