Section Saf-C 2703.03 - Criteria for Issuance of Hospital Emergency Permit(a) In addition to the requirements set forth in Saf-C 2703.02, all applicants shall: (1) Be at least 1 has a valid driver license that is not under suspension or revocation; and(2) Provide a certified copy of their criminal record that shows that they have not been convicted of a felony which has not been annulled, vacated or pardoned.N.H.
