Section Saf-C 2608.01 - Complaints(a) Upon receipt of a complaint or information that alleges a licensee is misusing a license to market or sell display, consumer or permissible fireworks, the commissioner shall review the complaint to determine whether the licensee has acted contrary to statutes or administrative rules.(b) After an investigation, if the commissioner determines that a basis for administrative action exists, the bureau of hearings shall schedule a hearing and issue a notice thereof, in accordance with its rules Saf-C 200.N.H.
