Section Saf-C 2606.07 - Approval of a State License to Sell or Market Permissible Fireworks(a) In the absence of any grounds for denial under Saf-C 2606.06(c), the commissioner shall approve an application and shall issue a license to sell or market permissible fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-C:3.(b) The license shall include the following: (2) Licensee's name and location of the business; and(3) Licensee's signature.(c) The initial license shall be valid for not more than one year from the date of issue and may be renewed on May 1st of the following year. The initial license fee shall be pro-rated to correspond with the initial date of issue.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 2606.07
